PocketChat is an app for people with aphasia to help them communicate their needs. It's designed with two users in mind: 1) The initial user who is the Speech-Language Pathologist, searching and recommending this app for their clients, and 2) The end user who is the person with aphasia, using the app to help them communicate.

A heuristic evaluation of the popular brand’s website, Zara Home. In a team of 3, we improved the usability of the Zara Home website to increase traffic and decrease bounce rate (i.e. the amount of people who visit one page of the website before leaving).
